Contract Duration:
The services is required for a period of three (3) years with the irrevocable option granted to Canada to extend the terms of the contract by up to three (3) additional periods of one (1) year.

Description of Work:
The Shared Travel Services Directorate (STSD) of the Integrated Services Branch, Public Services and Procurement Canada, has a requirementfor the services of an Annual Mystery Shopper Assessment.

Scope of Work:
• The Contractor must conduct an assessment of service accuracy and quality of travel bookings made by Government of Canada’s contracted Travel Management Company (TMC). 
• The assessment must be in the form of Mystery Shopping
• The Contractor’s assessment must include bookings made through two channels: the Online Booing Tool and the Travel Call Center.
