    To supply and deliver on an "as and when requested" basis of
    household furniture items to identified individuals or families
    on behalf of Citizenship and Immigration Canada.  The period of
    the agremeent will be from April 1, 2014 to March  31, 2015 (1
    year).  Call-ups will not be made for services to be rendered
    beyond the end date of the agreement.
    
    Citizenship and Immigration Canada are considering consolidating
    the Resettlement Assistance Program (RAP) requirement across
    Canada.  This standing offer may not be used for the full year
    but may be set aside in November, 2014 once the new standing
    offers are in place.

    The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
    procurement.
