The Government Electronic Tendering Service on Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders is the sole authoritative source for Government of Canada tenders that are subject to trade agreements or subject to departmental policies that require public advertising of tenders.

Employment and Social Development Canada(ESDC) has a requirement for design and development of e-learning products. The specific requirement is for the provision of services, on an “as and when requested” basis.

The period of the contract will be from contract award to March 31, 2020 with the option to extend by two (2) additional one year periods. The work will be performed in the National Capital Area.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the NorthAmerican Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
