Trade Agreement: NAFTA/AIT/Canada-Peru FTA/Canada-Colombia FTA Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Attachment: YES (MERX) Electronic Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Web Based Security Awareness Program W6369-13DE42/A Reynolds, Diane Telephone: 819-956-1141 E-mail: Diane.Reynolds@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca The purpose of a Web Based Security Awareness Program is to establish measures that will mitigate threats and help eliminate, or significantly reduce to an acceptable level, the security risks posed by careless users. Consequently, the need for this type of program is to make sure that all Department of National Defence (DND) and Canadian Forces (CF) military members and civilian employees are conscious of policies and procedures addressing security matters. The objectives are to: Increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the current security awareness training program in Physical, Personnel, Information Management (IM), IT and Cyber security training; Provide a self-paced eLearning course that can be expanded to meet new needs for awareness and training in areas such as IM, Access to Information and Privacy, Information Security, Personnel Security, Physical Security, Contract Security etc.; Provide a self-paced eLearning course tailored to meet the requirements of a number of different departmental audiences, to include: users, IT Security Practitioners, Managers, and Senior Officials; Provide a self-paced eLearning course available 24/7. The period of the Contract is from date of Contract for a period of one year with an irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to four additional one-year periods. This Bid Solicitation is issued against the Learning Services Supply Arrangement (SA), PWGSC File No. E60ZH-070003/C. This requirement is covered under the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT). The Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements (CLCA) are not applicable since the services will not be performed within CLCA areas. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
