The Canadian Forces Chemical Biological Radiological and Nuclear
(CBRN) Defence Omnibus project and CBRN Defence sub-projects
requires professional services, on an "as and when requested"
basis in the National Capital Region (NCR) from the Project
Management Services Stream:  a Senior Project Leader, two
Intermediate Project Leaders; and the Technical Engineering and
Maintenance Services (TEMS) Stream:  three Senior Engineers, two
Intermediate Life Cycle Management Specialists and a  Senior
Integrated Logistic Support Specialist.

Canada may award up to nine contracts, one per resource category.

The period of the Contract is from July 6, 2014 to July 5, 2016
inclusvie with an irrevocable option to extend the term of the
Contract by up to three additional one-year periods.

This bid solicitation is issued against the Supply Arrangement
for Task Based Professional Services under the Task and
Solutions Professional Services (TSPS) method of supply, PWGSC
File No. E60ZN-13TSPS; for the provision of professional
services in the NCR in the Project Management Services Stream
and the TEMS Stream.

This requirement is covered under the North American Free Trade
Agreement (NAFTA), Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) and World
Trade Organization Agreement on Government Opportunities
(WTO-AGP).

This procurement is subject to the Controlled Goods Program.

The resulting Contract is not to be used for deliveries within a
Comprehensive Land Claims Settlement Area (CLCSA).
