Parking Management Services

This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number EP119-180513/A dated July 12, 2017 with a closing of August 29, 2017 at 02:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time.  

PWGSC requires parking management services for 455 de la Carriere, Louis St-Laurent II, Gatineau, Quebec. The facility accommodates approximately 2,050 federal government employees (tenant departments).  As custodian of the building, PWGSC is responsible for providing parking in accordance with its Custodial Parking Policy.

The period of the Contract is from March 2, 2018 to December 31, 2018 inclusive with an irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to four additional one-year period(s).  

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
