Learning Services - DMGMC

The Department of National Defense (DND) has a requirement for a Contractor to provide the following learning services:  learning advisory, learning designer, courseware development, quality assurance and training evaluation in both of Canada’s official languages on an "as and when requested" basis.  The services include the following Learning Services streams:

- Stream 1:  One Senior Learning Advisor;
- Stream 2:  Up to two Senior Learning Designers and one Intermediate Learning Designer;
- Stream 3:  One Senior Rapid eLearning Programmer, one Intermediate Rapid eLearning Programmer and one Intermediate Tester;
- Stream 6:  Up to two Training Evaluators; and
- Steam 7:  One Senior Project Manager.

The contract period will be from date of Contract to March 31, 2020 with the irrevocable option to extend the contract by three periods of one-year each.

This requirement is open only to the following Learning Services Supply Arrangement Holders, PWGSC File No. E60ZH-1700LS/B:

- Adirondack Information Management Inc., Redwood e-learning Systems in JOINT VENTURE;
- Altruistic Informatics Consulting Inc.;
- Calian Ltd.;
- Valcom Consulting group Inc.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

The resulting contract is not to be used for the deliveries within a Comprehensive Land Claims Settlement Area.
