DND/CAF Ombudsman's Learning Program

The Office of the Ombudsman for the Department of National Defence (DND) and the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) requires the services of a Senior Learning Designer and a Senior Instructor to provide training needs analysis and training according to a set learning plan, and to provide reviews as part of the Office’s Professional Learning Program. 

The period of the Contract is from date of Contract for a period of three years.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

The resulting contract is not to be used for the deliveries within a Comprehensive Land Claims Settlement Area.
