Trade Agreement: NONE Tendering Procedures: If 2+ bids offer Canadian goods/services other bids will not be considered Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Occupational Health Services Occupational health services are required for the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) employees across Canada on an as and when requested basis in both of Canada’s official languages, for the following two streams: Stream 1, Regular Services and Stream 2, Emergency Services. Up to two contracts may be awarded as a result of this bid solicitation; one contract per stream. The period of the Contract is from April 1, 2021 to March 31, 2022 with the option to extend the term of the Contract by up to three additional one-year period(s). There is a security requirement associated with this requirement. For additional information, consult Part 6 - Security, and Part 7 - Resulting Contract Clauses. The resulting Contract is not to be used for deliveries within a Comprehensive Land Claims Settlement Area. This bid solicitation allows bidders to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their bid electronically. Bidders must refer to Part 2 entitled Bidder Instructions, and Part 3 entitled Bid Preparation Instructions, of the bid solicitation, for further information. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
