Assessment Tool and PD Training

The Department of National Defence requires a Contractor to develop and deliver a cyber operator assessment tool against the Private Rank Qualification course material, to assess the students using the assessment tool, and to develop and deliver the professional development training that will satisfy the Private Rank Qualification course material. For the delivery of the cyber operator professional development training to students, the Contractor must provide a training site and facility which is within the geographical boundaries of Kingston, Ontario or the National Capital Region.

The period of the Contract is from date of Contract to December 31, 2022 inclusive.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

There is a security requirement associated with this requirement. For additional information, consult Part 6 - Security, and Part 7 - Resulting Contract Clauses.  

The resulting Contract is not to be used for deliveries within a Comprehensive Land Claims Settlement Area.
