Nature of Requirements: 
The Department of National Defence (DND) Military Personnel
Management Capability Transformation (MPMCT) Project has a
requirement for two (2) deliveries of a customized classroom
training course based on Oracle Profile Management self-study
course with a focus on Military Functions using PeopleSoft 9.1
functionality. The training requirement must include hands-on
practical exercises featuring the PeopleSoft Profile Management
and managing Military Functions. 

The resulting Contract will have the option for one (1)
additional course delivery.

The period of the contract will be from contract award to March
31, 2015.

The Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) and the North American
Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) are applicable to this requirement.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
