    Nature of Requirements: 
    Canada has a requirement for (2) Commercial off the shelf (COTS)
    courses, using Microsoft Outlook to manage time and priorities;
    and using Microsoft Outlook to manage projects effectively. The
    Offeror must offer the training on an "if and when requested"
    basis. The participants are employees of the Government of
    Canada across Canada.
    
    Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) will issue
    up to 4 Standing Offers (SOs), one per Stream as identified
    below:
    
    Stream 1 - Individual Registrations in the NCR: the enrolment of
    a participant into an instructor-led, classroom base, and
    publically offered course at the Contractor's location; 
    Stream 2 - Private Class Registrations in the NCR: the enrolment
    of a group of participants into an instructor-led, classroom
    based, private course which is limited to the Identified User at
    Canada's location;
    Stream 3 - Private Class Registration outside the NCR: the
    enrolment of a group of participants into an instructor-led,
    classroom based, private course which is limited to the
    Identified User at Canada's location;
    Stream 4 - Private Class Registration in the NCR: the enrolment
    of a group of participants into an instructor-led, classroom
    based, private course which is limited to the Identified User at
    the Contractor's location.
    
    The SO period will be for 1 year with the irrevocable option to
    extend by 3 periods of one-year each.
    
    There is no security requirement associated with this
    requirement.
    
    Offerors must submit a list of names, or other related
    information as needed, pursuant to section 01 of Standard
    Instructions 2006 and 2007.
    
    The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
    American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Agreement on
    Internal Trade (AIT).
    
    A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation
    and meet all mandatory evaluation criteria and obtain the
    required minimum points specified to be declared responsive.  
    
    The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be
    recommended for award of a contract.
    
    Should there be any discrepancies between the wording of this
    notice and the Request For Proposal (RFP), the RFP wording will
    prevail.

    The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
    procurement.
    
    Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
