Trade Agreement: NAFTA/AIT/Canada FTAs with Peru/Colombia/Panama Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Oracle Unlimited Learning Subscription B8986-170030/A Génier, Nicole Telephone No. - (819) 420-2267 Email: Nicole.genier@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca Citizenship and Immigration Canada has a requirement to obtain 10 Oracle Unlimited Learning Subscriptionsfor a one year period. The contract period will be from contract award up to one year later. There are no security requirements associated with this requirement. Offerors must submit a list of names, or other related information as needed, pursuant to section 01 of Standard Instructions 2003. The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) and the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory evaluation criteria specified to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract. This bid solicitation uses Portable Document Format (PDF) technology. To access the PDF form, bidders must have a PDF reader installed. If bidders do not already have such a reader, there are several PDF readers available on the Internet. It is recommended to use the latest version of PDF reader to benefit all features of the interactive forms. Please note that PWGSC is piloting the use of dynamic pdf forms to facilitate the bidding process on this procurement. As a result, PWGSC may contact you at a later date for feedback on your experience. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
