NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT

Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) is seeking
to retain a qualified Contractor to provide parking management
services for 300 Laurier Avenue West, Ottawa, L'Esplanade
Laurier.

300 Laurier Avenue West parking facility consists of three (3)
underground levels for a approximate total of 300 spaces.

The period of the contract will be for two (2) years from date
of contract award with an irrevocable option on the part of
Canada to extend the term of the Contract by up to three (3)
additional one (1) year periods.

A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation
and meet all mandatory evaluation criteria and meet the security
requirements.  

The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be
recommended for award of a contract.

Should there be any discrepancies between the wording of this
notice and the Request For Proposal (RFP), the RFP wording will
prevail.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
