IMPORTANT NOTICE TO BIDDERS: 
The purpose of this requirement is to obtain the services for
the CH124 Sea King for an Intermediate LCMS Avionics, an
Intermediate LCMS Aviation, an Intermediate LCMS- Configuration
Management and an Intermediate Technical Clerk and to define the
DND services requirement for this initiative. 

More then one contract may result from this solicitation for the
National Capital Metropolitan Area.

The Department of National Defence has a requirement for
professional services, on an "as and when requested" basis for a
period of two (2) years from the date of Contract, with three
(3) additional optional periods of one (1) year.  

There is a security requirement associated with this
requirement.  For additional information, consult Part 6 -

This requirement is covered under the North American Free Trade
Agreement (NAFTA), Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) and World
Trade Organization Agreement on Government Opportunities
(WTO-AGP).

This procurement is subject to the Controlled Goods Program.  

This bid solicitation is issued against the Supply Arrangement
for Task Based Professional Services under the Task and
Solutions Professional Services (TSPS) method of supply, PWGSC
File No. E60ZN-13TSPS; and is open only to the suppliers who are
 pre-qualified in the Technical Engineering and Maintenance
Services (TEMS) Stream in the National Capital Metropolitan Area.

This requirement is open only to the following companies who
