    The Real Property Branch (RPB) of Public Works and Government
    Services Canada (PWGSC) requires the services of an Instructor
    to deliver the National Project Management System (NPMS)
    Training courses in both official languages on an "as and when
    requested" basis.  The training is to be delivered in the
    National Capital Region (NCR) and across Canada if needed.
    		
    The period of the Contract is from date of Contract to March 31,
    2015 with an irrevocable option to extend the term of the
    Contract by up to one additional one-year period.
    
    This Bid Solicitation is issued against the Learning Services
    Supply Arrangement (SA), PWGSC File No. E60ZH-070003, all terms
    and conditions of the Learning Services SA apply and must be
    incorporated into any resulting contract. The requirement
    described herein is open only to PWGSC Learning Services SA
    Pre-qualified suppliers.  
    
    The resulting contract will not be used for deliveries within a
    Comprehensive Land Claims Settlement Area (CLCA)
    
    This bid solicitation uses Portable Document Format (PDF)
    technology. To access the PDF form, bidders must have a PDF
    reader installed. If bidders do not already have such a reader,
    there are several PDF readers available on the Internet.  It is
    recommended to use the latest version of PDF reader to benefit
    all features of the interactive forms.
    
    Please note that PWGSC is piloting the use of dynamic PDF forms
    to facilitate the bidding process on this procurement.  As a
    result, PWGSC may contact you at a later date for feedback on
    your experience.
