The Bid Solicitation is issued against the Tasks and Solutions
Professional Services (TSPS) Supply Arrangement (SA), Public
Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) File No.
E60ZN-13TSPS.  All terms and conditions of the TSPS SA apply and
must be incorporated into any resulting contract.  This
requirement is open only to TSPS SA Suppliers who are
pre-qualified in the following TSPS SA stream and category:

Stream 5: 	Technical Engineering and Maintenance Services (TEMS)
Stream

Category:	 5.16 -Life Cycle Management Specialists (LCMS)

The Government Electronic Tendering Service on
Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders is the sole authoritative source for
Government of Canada tenders that are subject to trade
agreements or subject to departmental policies that require
public advertising of tenders.

The Department of National Defence has a requirement for the
service of one Junior LCMS and 7 Intermediate LCMS. The specific
requirement is for the provision of services, on an "as and when
requested" basis.

Up to 8 contracts may be issued as a result of this bid
solicitation; one contract per resource.

The contract(s) period will be from contract award up to March
31, 2017 with the irrevocable option to extend the contract(s)
by 3 periods of one-year each.

The start date for LCMS # 1 through # 7 is September 4, 2014.
The start date for LCMS # 8 is August 11, 2014.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP),
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement
on Internal Trade (AIT).

This procurement is subject to the Controlled Goods Program.
