Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) requires Quality Assurance Review Audit Services to be performed where document imaging services convert paper, microfilm, and other records, into electronic images. 
Audit services will be required at various locations across Canada, and will consist of 1 Partner/Managing Director, 1 Project Manager/Leader, 1 Senior Auditor, 1 Auditor, and 1 Junior Auditor.  

The period of the Contract is from date of Contract for a period of two years with an irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to three additional one-year periods.

This bid solicitation is issued against the Professional Audit and Support Services Supply Arrangement (PASS SA) method of supply, PWGSC File No. E60ZQ-140002; and is open only to the suppliers who are pre-qualified in the PASS SA under Stream 1  This requirement is covered under the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) and World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Opportunities (WTO-AGP).

The resulting Contract isnot to be used for deliveries within a Comprehensive Land Claims Settlement Area (CLCSA).
