The Bid Solicitation is issued against the Learning Services Supply Arrangement (SA), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), File No. E60ZH-070003.  All terms and conditions of the Learning Services SA apply and must be incorporated into any resulting contract.  This requirement is open only to Learning Services SASuppliers who are pre-qualified in the following Learning Services SA stream and category:

Stream 8:  Training Delivery 

Category:  3.8.1 Instructor

The Government Electronic Tendering Service on Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders is the sole authoritative source for Government of Canada tenders that are subject to trade agreements or subject to departmental policies that require public advertising of tenders.

The Real Property Branch (RPB) of Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) has arequirement for on an “as and when requested” basis to deliver a 3 day Construction Contract Administration course, across Canada in both of Canada’s official languages, for the following resource category:

i) 2 Intermediate Instructors

1 contractmay be issued as a result of this bid solicitation under the Training Delivery Stream.

The contract period will be from Contract Award date till March 31, 2017 with the irrevocable option to extend the contract by 5 periods of 1 year each.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
