All terms and conditions of the TSPS SA apply and must be incorporated into any resulting contract. This requirement is open only to TSPS SA Suppliers who are pre-qualified in the following TSPS SA stream and categories: Project Management Services Stream - Project Leader and/or Technical Engineering and Maintenance Services (TEMS) Stream - Engineer Graduate, Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Specialist and Life Cycle Management Specialist. The Government Electronic Tendering Service on Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders is the sole authoritative source for Government of Canada tenders that are subject to trade agreements or subject to departmental policies that require public advertising of tenders. The Department of National Defence has a requirement for Technical Engineering and Management Services (TEMS) to support the Chemical Biological Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) Defence Omnibus project and CBRN Defence sub-projects. Up to 2 contracts may be issued as a result of this bid solicitation; one contract per stream. Stream 1: Project Management Services Stream i. One (1) Senior Project Leader; ii. Two (2) Intermediate Project Leaders. Stream 2: Technical Engineering and Maintenance Services (TEMS) Stream i. Three (3) Senior Engineers (SE); ii. One (1) Intermediate Life Cycle Management Specialists (ILCMS); iii. One (1) Senior Integrated Logistic Support Specialist (SILSS). The period of the contract is from July 6th, 2018 to July 5th, 2019 with the irrevocable option to extend the contract by three periods of one-year each. This procurement is subject to the Controlled Goods Program. There are security requirements associated with this requirement.
