Requirement

To provide the Charterer with the services of two (2) helicopter, including
pilots, crew and maintenance services for fire management activities.


Base of Operations

The point of hire and the point of release shall be Fort Smith, Northwest Territories.

The aircraft will be primarily based at Fort Smith Airport, in Fort Smith, Northwest Territories.

Although the above location is the primary base of operation, the helicopter may be required to operate from other locations and National Parks within Canada.


Scope of Requirement

The aircraft will be required for forest fire management activities, park management activities includingresource management, visitor safety, law enforcement, visitor activities, maintenance and other uses asdirected by the Charterer.


Period

The period of the Contract is from April 1 2016 to March 31, 2019 inclusive.

The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract byup to two additional one year periods under the same terms and conditions.
