The Correctional Service Canada (CSC) is building additional
permanent accommodations in many institutions across Canada.

CSC requires professional Security Electronics Technical
Coordination Support Services to assist in the implementation of
the Electronic Security Systems (ESS) associated with the
increased number of projects in each of its five geographical
Regions. To that end, CSC requires Technical Coordinators (TC)
to oversee the implementation of ESS components of the projects
relative to this accommodation program. Based out of the CSC
Regional Headquarters in each Region, the five TC will oversee
the implementation of the ESS projects at selected Institutions,
    travelling as required.

The number of hours worked by each TC on a monthly basis may
vary according to the stages of assigned ESS Projects and the
number of ESS Projects underway. Therefore, it is unlikely that
each TC will be required to dedicate 100% of their time to
    Technical Coordination activities for CSC.

Most ESS Projects are underway at this point and are at varying
levels of completion. The Contractor's TC must become familiar
with the state of each project and develop his or her own plan
    of action.

The period of the Contract is from date of Contract to December
31, 2013 inclusive. The Contractor grants to Canada the
irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to
two additional one-year periods under the same conditions.

There is a security requirement associated with this requirement.

Pursuant to section 01 of Standard Instructions 2003, Bidders
must submit a complete list of names of all individuals who are
currently directors of the Bidder. Furthermore, as determined by
the Special Investigations Directorate, Departmental Oversight
Branch, each individual named on the list may be requested to
complete a Consent to a Criminal Record Verification form and
    related documentation.

The requirement is limited to Canadian services.
    Delivery Date: Above-mentioned

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
    procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
