The purpose of this contract is to obtain the services of the
Contractor to provide the Canadian Radio-television and
Telecommunications Commission with verbatim court reporting
services (using stenotyping, stenomask, shorthand, digital
recording, real-time) including related transcription services
on a "when required" basis.

The period of the Contract is from June 1, 2015 to May 31, 2018.

The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend
the terms of the Contract by up to 2 (two) additional 1 (one)
year periods, from June 1, 2018 to May 31, 2019 and from June 1,
2019 to May 31, 2020 under the same conditions.  The Contractor
agrees that, during the extended period of the Contract, it will
be paid in accordance with the applicable provisions as set out
in the Basis of Payment.
