As such the closing date will be extended until April 2, 2013. HELICOPTER CHARTER SERVICES 23239-130580/A Ruest, Stéfan Telephone No.: (819) 956-5848 Fax No.: (819) 997-2229 To provide the Charterer with helicopter services of three helicopters "as and when" required, including pilots, crew and maintenance services. The helicopters will be used to provide support for Polar Continental Shelf Program's (PCSP) science researchers in western Arctic. The helicopters will be staged primarily but not limited to the community of Inuvik, NT. The point of hire and the point of release will be Inuvik, Northwest Territories. The primary base of operations will be Inuvik, Northwest Territories. One helicopter will be required to position and work from Cambridge Bay, Nunavut in June, July and August. In addition to the above base's of operation i.e. Inuvik and Cambridge Bay, the helicopter's will be required to operate from remote field locations (research field sites) including but not limited to: the Mackenzie Delta; Queen Maud Gulf; Banks Island; Herschel Island; and Victoria Island. The period of the Contract is from date of Contract to March 31, 2014 inclusive. The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods under the same conditions. The Contractor agrees that, during the extended period of the Contract, it will be paid in accordance with the applicable provisions as set out in the Basis of Payment. This procurement is subject to the following Comprehensive Land Claim Agreements: a) Nunavut Land Claims Agreement; b) Inuvialuit Final Agreement; and c) Gwich'in Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
