Government of Canada tenders that are subject to trade
agreements or subject to departmental policies that require

The Canadian Forces Military Police Group (CF MP Gp) requires a
National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) for professional
transcription services on an "as and when" requested basis.

The CF MP Gp, a geographically widely dispersed unit with
operational responsibilities, investigates criminal and service
offences pertaining to members and property of the Canadian
Forces (CF) and the Department of National Defence (DND)
resulting in CF MP Gp investigators laying charges in some
incidents. As part of the legal process, the Crown Attorney or
military prosecutor may request transcripts of interviews for
any number of purposes; including, but not limited to, reviewing
their evidentiary value, entering them as evidence in Court, and
disclosing them to defence counsel. Transcripts may also be
required to comply with Access to Information requests. Lastly,
transcribing of interviews is deemed to be a part of best
    practices within the police community.

CF MP Gp services are provided through six regional offices and
a specialized support detachment: Halifax, serving Atlantic
Canada; Valcartier, serving Eastern Canada; Ottawa, serving
Central Canada; Borden, serving South Western Ontario; Edmonton,
serving the Prairie Provinces; and Esquimalt, serving the
    province of British Columbia

    two, 1 year periods, from October 1, 2018 to September 30, 2019
and from October 1, 2019 to September 30, 2020 under the same
conditions and at the rates or prices specified in the Standing
Offer, or at the rates or prices calculated in accordance with
the formula specified in the Standing Offer.
