Trade Agreement: NONE Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Attachment: None Competitive Procurement Strategy: N/A - P&A/LOI Only Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Government of Canada Relocation Support Services (GCRSS) PURPOSE: Subsequent to Request for Information (RFI) #24062-140087/A and Letter of Interest (LOI) #24062-140087/B, the purpose of this notice is to provide ongoing information about the Government of Canada Relocation Support Services (GCRSS) procurement process. The questions and answers stemming from the November 21, 2013 webinar session on the GCRSS are provided in the attached document. We will be amending this Notice from time to time as additional information becomes available. TARGET AUDIENCE: The focus of this notice is the Government of Canada Relocation Support Services (GCRSS) new procurement initiative, which may be of particular interest to suppliers in any of the following domains: - Relocation Services; - Claims Processing Services; - Financial Services. The GCRSS initiative is domestic and international in scope, involving an estimated 15,000 to 20,000 relocation files annually, to relocate qualifying Government of Canada employees and members of the Royal Canadian Mount Police and the Canadian Armed Forces, as well as their families. The requirements, which exclude the actual movement of household goods and furniture, are comprised of 3 key components: 1. Advisory Services: government policy interpretation and guidance; 2. Financial Services: claims processing, expense tracking and reimbursements; 3. Directory services: links to ancillary services such as realtors, lawyers/notaries, home inspectors, home appraisers and rental search assistance. The GCRSS will support the requirements of the National Joint Council (NJC) Relocation Directive, the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) Integrated Relocation Program (IRP) Directive, and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) IRP Directive. INVITATION: Subsequent to the Request for Information (RFI) #24062-140087/A, and as part of the next steps in the early industry engagement process for GCRSS, this Notice is to invite interested participants to a one-on-one meeting with representatives of the Crown during the week of January 27th, 2014. This is an opportunity for industry to provide feedback on the following topics: - Service Delivery Options; - RFP Evaluation Methodology Options; - Government Policy and Directives; - Increase Competition that will result in obtaining the right service at the right price. Meetings are being offered in one of two formats a) in person to be held in Gatineau, Quebec or b) video/telephone conference. Meetings are expected to be for a duration of two hours. Suppliers that register for a one-on-one meeting will be provided with an agenda and questions in advance of the meeting.
