This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of the Department of National Defence (DND) for the provision of informatics professional services to meet the challenges of Enterprise Information Technology Service Life-cycle Managementfor the Canadian Forces (CF) which includes service strategy, service design, service transition, service operation and continual service improvement.  The objective of the Contract is to provide Axios assyst technical expertise for both in-service support and maintenance of the implemented system as well as implementing approved changes/enhancements as identified by DND/CAF users to meet and address changing business needs.

It is intended to result in the award of one contract for one year, plus three one-year irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract.

Security Requirement:  At the date of bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Facility Security Clearance at the level of SECRET and the Bidder personnel requiring access to PROTECTED/CLASSIFIED information, assets or sensitive work site(s) must be a citizen of Canada or United States and must EACH hold a valid personnel security screening at the level of SECRET, granted or approved by CISD/PWGSC.

This procurement is subject to the Controlled Goods Program.
