This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement
of the Department of Human Resources and Skills Development
Canada for Information Technology (IT) Security Services under
Work Stream Three of the Cyber Protection Supply Arrangement
(CPSA).  It is intended to result in the award of a contract for
four years. 

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-Chile Free
Trade Agreement (CCFTA), the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT),
the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA), the
Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement and the Canada-Panama Free
Trade Agreement.
	
This requirement is open to the following Work Stream Three
Cyber Protection Supply Arrangement holders.  Request For
Proposal (RFP) documents have been sent directly to the
Suppliers solicited below:
