This bid solicitation is a re-tender of the requirement
described in bid solicitation number G7638-130006/A dated August
19, 2013 with a bid closing date of August 22, 2013 at 2:00 pm;
this document replaces the previous version entirely.

This requirement is for: Human Resources and Skills Development
Canada 

This requirement is open only to those Independent Reviewer
Services Supply Arrangement (IRSSA) Holders who are qualified in
the specific categories required. The RFP is issued against the
(IRS) Supply Arrangements (SA) PWGSC file number 24062-080452/B.
 All terms and conditions of the SA apply & shall be
incorporated into any resulting contract.

Description of requirement:	

HRSDC is seeking a qualified reviewer of the following category
of personel to conduct an independent review on an "as and when
requested basis".

Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of contract is from contract award date up
to and including September 30, 2013.



After contract award, Bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation process.  Bidders should make
the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days
of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The
debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
