Trade Agreement: WTO-AGP/NAFTA/AIT/Canada FTAs with Peru/Colombia/Panama Tendering Procedures: Suppliers on permanent list or able to meet qualification requirements Competitive Procurement Strategy: Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: The closing date has been extended to November 15th, 2016 Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP) for Task Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) - G9292-175477/A This procurement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 2. Requirement This bid solicitationis being issued to satisfy the requirement of Employment & Social Development Canada (ESDC) (the "Client") for Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) under the TBIPS Supply Arrangement (SA) method of supply. ESDC has a requirement for the provision of professional services on an as and when requested basis to assist with the implementation of a SAP Tax and Revenue Management (TRM) Public Sector collection and Disbursement (PSCD) solution. The resources required are as follows: One (1)A1- Application Software Architect (Level 3) Twelve (12) A2- ERP Functional Analyst (Level 3) One (1) A10 - Test Coordinator (Level 3) Two (2) B9 - Courseware Developer (Level 2) One (1) C3 -IT Security TRA and C&A Analyst (Level 3) Two (2) P1 - Change Management Consultant (Level 3) One (1) P5 - Project Executive (Level 3) One (1) P9 - Project Manager (Level 3) It is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract, for three (3) years plus 2 one-year irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract Security Requirement This procurement contains security requirements.
