IMPORTANT NOTE
This is not a new requirement, and it does not supersedes the previous one. This is simply a repost to allow the publishing of amendment 10. 
Due to a systems issue, the latest amendment to the above-mentioned solicitation did not appear on Buyandsell.gc.ca as planned. Therefore, the solicitation period erroneously closed on June 28th, 2021 at 2h00 PM EST without addressing the latest Bidder’s questions. 
Under amendment 10, an extension request of seven (7) days was approved as well as an amendment of rated criterion RTC3 within attachment 4.2 (AMD 004). 
The amendment of RTC3 is reflected in the attachment 4.2 (AMD 004) document on buy and sell and the new closing date of this solicitation is July 7th, 2021 at 2h00 PM EST.
Bidders who already submitted a bid must ensure to have used the latest version of Attachment 4.2 (AMD 004) for their response, as per amendment 10. Bidders must send a revised response via epost connect before the closing of the solicitation on July 7th, 2021 at 2h00 pm EST.
