Description of the Requirement:

To award up to 2 contracts on an "as and when requested" basis
to support CIC using the categories listed above.

Level of Security Requirement: 

Company Minimum Security Level Required:  Secret

Resource Security Level Required: Reliability Status,
Confidential, or Secret as required in each Task Authorization
issued.

Applicable Trade Agreements:

This requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-Chile
Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), the Agreement on Internal Trade
(AIT),  the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA), the
Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement (CColFTA), and the
Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement (CPanFTA) if it is in force.

Associated Documents:

Request For Proposal (RFP) documents will be e-mailed directly,
from the contracting officer, to
the Qualified Supply Arrangement Holders who are being invited
to bid on this requirement. BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT THE
GOVERNMENT ELECTRONIC TENDERING SERVICE (GETS) IS NOT
RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DISTRIBUTION OF RFP DOCUMENTS.


Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of the contracts will be 2 years from
Contract award plus 3 one-year irrevocable options allowing
Canada to extend the term of the contracts.
