The Public Service and Procurement Canada (PSPC) ATIP Directorate requires the services of 7 Junior Access to Information and Privacy (ATIP) Consultants.  

Canada intends to award up to 4 contracts for an initial duration of a 2 years from the date of contract award, with an irrevocable option to acquire additional resources and to extend the contract period by 2 additional one year period under the same terms and conditions as detailed herein. 

The first ranked contractor will be required to provide 7 Junior ATIP Consultants and additional resources. The second, third and fourth ranked contractors will only be required to provide additional resources.

SA Holders’ Designated Organization Screening (DOS)/Facility Security Clearance (FSC):

FSC - Secret 

Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of contract shall be from contract award date to March 31, 2020.
The proposed option periods shall be from April 1, 2020 to March 31, 2022.

Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
