The Request for Proposal (RFP) #EN321-210621/A is issued under the framework of the Professional Audit Support Services Supply Arrangement (PASS-SA)

This requirement is for professional services on behalf of Public Works and Government Services Canada (Real Property Branch). The services will consist of forensic audit procedures of financial statements and transactions used in the ownership and management of seven (7) office buildings with net leases between Canadian Leaseback (GP) Inc. and Public Works Government Services Canada (PWGSC).


The requirement described in this RFP is open to pre-qualified suppliers for Stream 4 (Forensic Audit) of the Professional Audit Support Services Supply Arrangement (PASS SA).

The Request for Proposal (RFP) documents will be e-mailed by the contracting authority, directly to the pre-qualified suppliers above mentioned, who are invited to bid on this requirement.

Description of the Requirement:

Canada seeks to establish a contract on an “as and when requested” basis for Forensic Auditing Services to be provided for one (1) year firm and three (3) additional option periods for Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC).

Level of Security Requirement: 

Company Minimum Security Level Required: Designated Organization Screening (DOS) 

Resource Minimum Security Level Required: Reliability

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
