APPEL D'OFFRES - CONSTRUCTION NO 200700029 RÉFECTION TOITURES ET DÉBARCADÈRE D'AUTOBUS - POLYVALENTE MARCEL LANDRY 065 Les travaux du présent contrat consistent à la réfection de trois (3) bassins de toitures ainsi que de la réfection du débarcadère d'autobus (Ouest). Le SOUMISSIONNAIRE doit accompagner sa Soumission d’une garantie de soumission équivalant à DIX POURCENT (10%) du prix total proposé dans sa Soumission. Cette garantie de soumission doit être produite sous l'une ou l’autre des formes suivantes: a) un cautionnement émis en faveur de l’ORGANISME PUBLIC par une Institution Financière. b) une lettre de garantie irrévocable émise en faveur de l’ORGANISME PUBLIC par une Institution Financière.
