Description
Dans le cadre de l'évolution et de l'amélioration continue de ses processus ministériels, le MTO sollicite les services d'un prestataire spécialisé en gestion des identités et des accès (GIA) afin de supporter les équipes du MTO dans la mise en place de méthodes et structures conformes répondant aux critères du SCT et du CGCD en matière de sécurité de l’information. Plus précisément, le MTO souhaite bénéficier de l’expertise d’un conseiller en gouvernance et en optimisation de processus de sécurité de niveau d’expertise intermédiaire ainsi que celle d’un analyste en sécurité opérationnelle pour devenir un chef de file en matière de sécurité numérique. Les ressources spécialisées devront se joindre et évoluer au sein des équipes de la DRI en place. Elles devront s'assurer de faire bénéficier le MTO de leur expertise respective et de soutenir les ressources internes du MTO lorsque les livrables requis dépassent la spécialité de ces dernières. Elles participeront, entre autres, aux aspects suivant de la GIA : le cadre normatif, la révision des processus et le rehaussement des pratiques.
