Mise en contexte L’ORGANISME PUBLIC lance cet appel d’offres, auprès des manufacturiers spécialisés en distribution électrique, entre autre, pour le préachat pour son projet 52-138, et le remplacement de sa sous-station L-0402B, de son Pavillon Léon-Provencher. Nous avons deux lots de livraison. Il est prévu que le lot de livraison 1, soit livré vers mi-octobre 2022. Le lot de livraison 2 doit débuter vers le mois de mai 2023 pour se terminer vers le mois d’aout 2023, et ce, à la satisfaction de l’ORGANISME PUBLIC. La firme doit alors être en mesure de débuter le mandat dès l’entrée en vigueur du Contrat. La firme recherchée doit réaliser le contenu des deux lots de ce mandat, même s’il est réparti en deux lots, car ceux-ci sont complémentaires. Le service à la clientèle et le service technique doit être possible en français.
