Description
La DRI du CUSM doit sécuriser les besoins opérationnels de plusieurs grands projets, lesquels nécessitent l’apport de ressources qualifiées en technologie et sécurité informatique. Comme exemple de ces projets il y a la mise à niveau de l'environnement de virtualisation, le déploiement d'applications dans l’infonuagique et l'évolution constante de la cyber sécurité. Pour exécuter ces projets, le CUSM a besoin d’analystes spécialisés dans chacun de ces domaines. Afin de pouvoir mener à bien ces multiples initiatives, le CUSM souhaite avoir accès à des Agents de liaison et à des Consultants selon ses besoins en temps opportun et pour une durée déterminée. Ces personnes devraient permettre au CUSM d’analyser et d’appliquer les plus hauts standards informatiques. À travers, cet appel d'offres, le CUSM souhaite se doter d’un contrat de type exécution sur demande avec plusieurs Prestataires de services. Au fur et à mesure de ses besoins, le CUSM fera appel au Prestataire de services qui a soumis le prix le plus bas. Si ce Prestataire de Service ne peux y donner suite, le Prestataire de Services suivant sera sollicité selon le rang respectif.
