Concernant le volet conseil et accompagnement des communautés de pratique, le CESS agit depuis plus de 10 ans, à titre d’entité légale pour la Communauté de pratique en amélioration continue (CvPAC). La CvPAC organise chaque année des cohortes de formation Ceinture verte pour répondre aux besoins du réseau en termes d’amélioration continue de la performance des établissements. Elle a à ce jour organisé plus de 25 cohortes de formation Ceinture verte, et a ainsi contribué à former plus de 400 personnes au sein du réseau. Afin de répondre aux besoins du réseau et de soutenir la CvPAC dans l’organisation des cohortes de formation Ceinture verte Lean Six Sigma, le CESS désire obtenir les services d’une firme indépendante.
