Le présent appel d’offres vise à répondre aux besoins de la Direction des solutions de gestion du réseau (DSGR) dans le domaine du développement de systèmes, d’entretien et d’évolution ainsi qu’aux besoins d’architecture et d’administration de base de données. Le mandat est composé de 2 volets distincts, chacun de ces volets fera l'objet d'un contrat distinct. - Volet A : Travaux d’architecture, gestion de projets et d’administration de bases de données - Volet B : Travaux d’analyse et de programmation Le prestataire de services peut présenter une soumission sur un (1) ou sur deux (2) volets. Chaque volet doit être soumis au complet et faire l'objet d'une soumission distincte.
