Description
Le PRESTATAIRE DE SERVICES doit offrir les services de transcription médicale et répondre aux exigences des normes qualitatives et quantitatives du CISSSL. Le projet sera réalisé en collaboration avec le service des archives médicales et les secteurs diagnostiques du CISSSL. Le PRESTATAIRE DE SERVICES doit offrir un service de transcription en langue française et en langue anglaise. Les interventions à réaliser sont reliées à la transcription médicale sur support électronique ainsi que sur support papier, sous une supervision réduite du CISSS de Laval. Le PRESTATAIRE DE SERVICES s’assure que l’organisation du travail doit être adaptée et doit tenir compte de cette réalité. Le PRESTATAIRE DE SERVICES doit détenir l’expertise à transcrire en reconnaissance vocale selon le lexique utilisé par l'établissement. Les transcriptions médicales que le PRESTATAIRE DE SERVICES effectue dans le cadre de ce projet sont réalisées à partir de ses propres équipements et périphériques, en télétravail.
