Description
La Société des établissements de plein air du Québec (la « Sépaq ») demande des soumissions de fournisseurs intéressés à fournir et livrer des cabinets et des tiroirs de rangement pour les musées (collectivement désignés les « Équipements ») au parc national de Miguasha (« l’Établissement »). Plus précisément, ces cabinets serviront à entreposer la collection de fossiles du Musée d'histoire naturelle du parc national de Miguasha. Les Équipements devront être livrés au plus tard le 30 novembre 2023. Les livraisons pourront toutefois débuter à compter du 1er mai 2023, le tout conformément aux conditions générales et particulières. Caractéristiques des vingt-quatre (24) cabinets requis : Cabinets empilables en acier laminé à froid de calibre 18 à 20; Couleur : Gris pâle, gris foncé ou beige; Dimensions : Profondeur maximale : 83,82 cm (33 po); Hauteur maximale : 101,6 cm (40 po); Largeur maximale : 78,74 cm (31 po). Caractéristiques des trois cent trente-six (336) tiroirs requis : Tiroirs en acier laminé à froid de calibre 18 à 20. Chaque tiroir doit pouvoir soutenir une charge minimale de 34 kg (75 lb) et présenter une hauteur comprise entre 3,81 et 5,08 cm (1 ½ et 2 po); Les caractéristiques des Équipements sont plus amplement décrites aux conditions particulières. Le Fournisseur s’engage à livrer les Équipements au 231, route Miguasha Ouest, Nouvelle (Québec) G0C 2E0.
