Description
Le ministère des Ressources naturelles et des Forêts (MRNF) par l’entremise de sa Direction générale des ressources informationnelles (DGRI) requiert le renouvellement des services d’assistance technique et de maintenance pour les équipements et logiciels CISCO. Les services devant être rendus par le prestataire de services au MRNF comprennent, de façon générale, le service d’assistance technique et le service de maintenance. Ce contrat est consenti pour la période globale du 1er décembre 2022 au 30 novembre 2023. Seuls sont admis à présenter une soumission les pour les services requis ayant un établissement au Québec ou dans un territoire visé par un accord intergouvernemental applicable, clairement identifié à son nom et accessible durant les heures normales de bureau. Les soumissionnaires sont invités à prendre connaissance des conditions d’admissibilité et de conformité aux article 3.10 et 3.11 du cahier de consultation des entreprises (CCDE).
