Ce contrat vise l’accompagnement dans le développement d'un système de gestion de la qualité au sein du Ministère. La ou les ressources du prestataire de services devront fournir un rôle-conseil sur différentes dimensions d’un système de gestion de la qualité. OBTENTION DES DOCUMENTS D’APPEL D’OFFRES Les documents d’appel d’offres sont disponibles auprès du Système électronique d’appel d’offres (SEAO). RÉCEPTION ET OUVERTURE DES SOUMISSIONS Les soumissions concernant le présent appel d’offres doivent être présentées avant 14 heure en vigueur localement, le 3 avril 2023, à l’adresse suivante : 1200, boulevard Saint-Laurent, 2e étage, Montréal (Québec) H2X 0C9, à l’attention de Normand Noël. PRESTATAIRE DE SERVICES ADMIS À PRÉSENTER UNE SOUMISSION Seuls sont admis à présenter une soumission les prestataires de services possédant les qualifications requises, ayant un établissement au Québec ou dans un des territoires visés par les accords applicables. La « Ministre » ne s’engage à accepter aucune des soumissions reçues, notamment lorsqu’elle juge que les prix sont trop élevés ou disproportionnés ou ne reflètent pas un juste prix.
