Le CISSS de la Gaspésie désire faire l’acquisition d’une solution de gestion intégrée pour supporter sa prestation de services auprès des différentes clientèles desservies par la direction soutien à l’autonomie des personnes âgées (DPSAPA). Ces clientèles sont les personnes âgées en ressources d’hébergement (RTF, RI, CHSLD, MDA-MA) et en soutien à domicile (SAD). Le fournisseur doit offrir une même SOLUTION technologique pour la mission SAD et la mission hébergement (CHSLD-MDA-MA) afin que les informations inscrites aux dossiers puissent suivre l’usager tout au long de son parcours dans les différents services.
