La CSEM invite les fournisseurs de services professionnels à présenter une offre pour faire le suivi de la traçabilité des sols contaminés excavés conformément au règlement du MELCC. Sont habiletés à soumissionner les firmes dont leurs expertises se basent sur la caractérisation, l’étude et la gestion des sols.
