Dans la foulée de la mise à jour de son ‘’Plan des Mesures d’Urgence’’ (PMU), l’ITHQ souhaite harmoniser ses stratégies et ses outils de communication lors d’urgences, en regard à l’utilisation d’un système de notification de masse. La portée du présent mandat vise l’acquisition de la solution pour la mise en place du système de notification de masse de l’ITHQ. Dans l’ensemble, le mandat comprend l’acquisition, la mise en service, la formation et le contrat de support. La date limite de reception des offres est le 18 avril 2023, 11 h 00. Les clauses d'admissibilité se retrouvent à la clause 1.08 de la régie. Les clauses de conformité se retrouvent à la clause 1.10 de la régie.
