    Objet du contrat Suite à un incendie, l’OMHM procède à un appel d’offres public pour la remise en état du logement numéro 6 aux habitations Rose-de-Lima situées au 190, rue Rose-De-Lima dans l’arrondissement Le Sud-Ouest à Montréal. Le projet consiste à réaliser tous les travaux conformément aux documents contractuels. Sans s’y limiter, la portée des travaux comprend la reconstruction complète du logement situé au troisième étage, incluant les cloisons mitoyennes et l’escalier. Les travaux seront réalisés dans un ensemble immobilier composé de quatre (4) bâtiments de trois (3) étages chacun comprenant 62 logements destinés aux familles, couples et personnes seules. Durant les travaux, le logement sinistré sera vacant mais le reste des bâtiments seront occupés. Durée des travaux Selon la planification actuelle, il est prévu que les travaux débuteront dès la signature de la lettre d’engagement, mais cette date pourrait être modifiée par l’OMHM. Dans tel cas, la modification ne pourra pas servir à justifier une demande d’extra de la part de l’adjudicataire. Les travaux devront être exécutés dans un délai maximal de 80 jours ouvrables de la date confirmée du début des travaux dans la lettre d’engagement. Visite des lieux Une visite des lieux aura lieu le 19 mai à 11h00 au 190, rue Rose-de-Lima, Montréal.
