La direction des ressources humaines aimerait élargir l’éventail des fonctionnalités offertes par le système de gestion des candidatures afin de permettre à l’équipe de recrutement : 1. d’optimiser le processus de sélection et de dotation en partenariat avec les partenaires d’affaires; 2. d’améliorer l’expérience candidat ainsi que l’expérience client (gestionnaires recruteurs); 3. de maximiser le temps et l’efficacité des recruteurs pour combler des postes clés dans l’organisation.
