La Sûreté du Québec désire acquérir des presse-papiers en crystal, des cadres commémoratifs et des horloges. Le soumissionnaire s’engage à respecter ces clauses administratives et à livrer les produits visés dans les présents documents, conformément aux exigences décrites dans les spécifications techniques intitulées : SQ-589, SQ-590 et SQ-591, ci-jointes. En présentant une soumission dans le cadre de cet appel d’offres, le soumissionnaire reconnaît et accepte que les renseignements, données ou estimations fournis ne constituent que des approximations. À titre informatif, voici les quantités estimées par la Sûreté du Québec, ainsi que les trois (3) différents lots : Lot 1 : Horloges Année 1 : 125 Horloges; Année 2 : 125 Horloges; Année 3 : 125 Horloges; Lot 2 : Cadres Année 1 : 75 cadres; Année 2 : 75 cadres; Année 3 : 75 cadres. Lot 3 : Presse-papiers Année 1 : 75 presse-papiers; Année 2 : 75 presse-papiers; Année 3 : 75 presse-papiers. À noter : puisque chaque lot représente un contrat distinct, une entreprise peut décider de soumissioner sur un seul lot ou sur l'ensemble des lots.
